We understand that plans change and sometimes you need to cancel your airport car hire. If this is the case then follow this simple procedure to ensure you do not incur any cancellation fees.
- Your cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the date you are due to pick the car up.
- If you have to cancel it must be made through the website link in the confirmation email. Don’t cancel with the agent directly because sometimes additional fees apply.
- No fees will apply if the cancelation is received with 7 days of the car booking date and at least 48 hours before the car hire is due to commence.
- If the cancelation notice is received out with the 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine all funds except a cancellation handling/ administration fee of € 25.00 and the non-refundable Administration Charge where applicable, will be reimbursed.
- In the event of a cancellation notice of which is received through the website link in the confirmation email less than 48 hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine no funds paid will be reimbursed to you, unless the entire rental amount has also been pre paid we will retain 3 days rental and Administration Charge where applicable.
- In the event of a cancellation of a booking when the entire rental amount is payable on arrival, there is no fee for a cancellation but you still need to cancel your reservation through the website link in the confirmation email
